For amateurs like Po himself or those with prowess of Master Shifu alike, Kung Fu Panda by Activision spells hours and hours of fun for all the console owners. Like the movie the game versions on XBOX 360, Wii, DS and PlayStation have all been extremely successful among the gamers around the world.
Available for all consoles in both single player and multi player modes, the game is ideal both for a lonely night in or a leisurely family weekend. The game plot is similar to the movie where you progress through familiar terrains, defeating enemies like the Great Gorilla, the Wolf winning rare coins, revoking more powers each level all to climax at a final face off with Tai Lung the ultimate enemy of the Valley of Peace making you the Dragon Warrior!
Excelling in all the technical gameplay aspects similar to the movie itself, Kung Fu Panda is shorter than many formal games but equally exciting if not more.
Now on to the official game features.
Kung Fu Panda Game Official Features

Nintendo DS version Key Features

- Adventure as Po and face dangerous foes across new lands.
- Become a Kung Fu Master on a legendary adventure.
Let’s move on to see off-the-top-of-head haves and not haves for the game:
The Haves:
- Challenging gameplay
- In most versions you can play as any of your favourite character
- Continuous surge of enemies and challenges to keep the adrenaline rush on
The Not Haves:
- The biggest party pooper is that if you fail the quest at any point you have start from the very beginning. This is particularly with button games where there are many buttons to be pressed quickly in a certain succession.
- The ultimate quest makes you a Dragon Warrior all the same but it takes a little diversion from the movie here and gets a little boring.
All the versions of Kung Fu Panda are priced from £25 to £35, Wii version being the costliest.
