The latest contender in the racing to reign Mushroom Kingdom, Mario Kart Wii is the game everyone’s been talking of for all of late 2008. We tested the game to find out for you what the fuss is all about. Not only is it the largest selling Wii game but has the largest market share of all the console games. The tale of Mushroom Kingdom, the retro tracks, the characters the karts and now the motorbikes for this version, everything adds up to the success.
Mario Kart Wii Features:
Following is the information about key features for Nintendo Wii Mario Kart With Wheels.
- The Wii Remote controller transforms into a steering wheel with the Wii Wheel which has spot on sentivity and very intuitive control. This version also supports the classic control options like Wii Remote and Nunchuk controller and gamecube controller for the Mario Kart veterans. Through all of these controls, gamers can do speed-boosting tricks with a shake of the Wii Remote.
- Gamers can race as their favorite Nintendo character, or even as themselves! Mario Kart Wii lets gamers race with their personalized Mii characters. And racers will see other Mii characters they have created cheering from the sidelines on some race courses.
- Upto three gamers can race at once with this version or challenge up to 11 opponents via Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection in the biggest Mario Kart race yet. All tracks and modes of play are available via Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection, and gamers can visit the Mario Kart Channel to compete in tournaments, check rankings, see when their friends are playing and download ghost data.
- You can continue your crusade through the classic retro tracks from Super Mario Kart, Mario Kart 64, Mario Kart: Super Circuit, Mario Kart: Double Dash!! and Mario Kart DS or the new tracks and arenas. If the four wheels have become run-of-the-mill, this one has cool new motorbikes to bust out on which also enable you to use special tricks and techniques.
Packaging and contents:
The packaging is with white Wii wheel for background with the Mario Bros. characters and MARIOKART Wii written on the top. The pack contains the game and the Wii Racer Wheel.
Overall easy-to-learn basics but hard to get good at, Mario Kart with Wheel would continue to amuse amateurs and pros alike, just as all the Mario Kart predecessors have.
