Previous Motorola phones looked pretty dated or uninteresting; but this time Motorola has got something really good to offer for the buyers. The new ROKR ZN50 is a music phone featuring a fantastic new look. Strangely, the phone is being launched only in Korea. Let’s hope that Motorola follows it up all over the world after a good response in Korea.
The mobile has dimensions of 54 (W) x 108.9 (H) x 14.34(T) mm and weighs just 143 grams. The mobile has a 3.2-inch touchscreen 262k TFT colour display with a native resolution of 240×427 px. The mobile comes with a 3.2MP camera and SRS WOW HD sound system. The media player also features built-in EQ manager.
The ZN50 uses Motorola’s brand-new interface, Panorama which “supports three separate screens, allowing more widgets and shortcuts to be arranged according to usage patterns”. The ZN50 supports all major network systems including WCDMA 2100, GSM 900/1800/1900 and HSDPA 7.2 MBps connectivity. The mobile features built-in GPS system and T-DMB2 TV tuner.
The other features include Bluetooth 2.1 compatibility and a high speed USB 2.0 port. The mobile features a microSD slot with upgradable memory of up to 16GB. The mobile also supports stereo Bluetooth headset.
Overall, the slider mobile looks great with the red and black combination and clear backside.
