The most promising printers around

You find the market flooded with a number of printers that offer you different features and confuse you further about the choice you should make.. We say, it all depends on what you want out of your device. Today, we bring you a review of the 3 most promising printers available on the market.

HP Photosmart C8180 All-in-One

This printer is for those who choose quality over speed. This multifunctional printer prints high-quality text and photos but at a heavy price of  around £290. It has dual paper feed trays, an excellent Wi-Fi set up, Bluetooth connectivity, and direct archiving with built-in Light Scribe DVD drive. It does, however, lack an auto-document feeder and a fax machine.  In addition to this, it is very slow, which makes it expensive, and the grayscale scans lack definition.

These drawbacks, however, may not be a deal-breaker for you. The C8180 has a touch screen that lets you control all the software functions such as the photo editing, wireless setup, and scanning jobs. This also frees up a lot of space on the front panel, as the clutter of buttons does not exist anymore.

The print has zero jagged edges, which makes the document look very clear. This makes it a must-have for all photo enthusiasts, as it prints photos with accurate and outstanding colors, which speaks of its high-quality.

Samsung ML-2851ND

This is a monolaser printer suitable for the small-to-medium business crowd that simply needs to print out text documents. Samsung’s ML-2851ND is a faster printer, which offers a  good quality print. You can connect the printer to a computer with a USB 2.0 cable or through a network using a wireless router.

It has one input tray, which can hold 250 sheets of paper. However, Samsung gives the option to purchase another 250-sheet drawer as an accessory. It comes with a standard yield toner cartridge that can print 2000 pages.

A couple of minor drawbacks include a rather common design, and comparatively higher price of around £179.

Canon Pixma MX7600

This visually appealing, Gunmettal-grey, matte-black, and glossy-finish, multifunction printer offers you a scanner, fax machine, and a copier. It has some awesome features too such as an autoduplexer, increased faxing options, and an upgraded control cockpit.
It prints pages quite fast with an improvement in the quality of print and absolutely no jagged lines. It has six ink tanks, five Lucia pigment inks, and one cartridge of clear ink, which improves the print quality. It has an automatic document feeder on the rear of the printer, which can hold 35 pages. The feeder folds down itself and is out of the way when not in use.
The Fax machine is one of the best features offered by the MX7600. The sequestial broadcast faxes let you send the same document to up to 109 recipients in one session.
Higher Price tag of £295+ and the bulky design are two minor drawbacks of this otherwise excellent device.
