Alarm clocks come in so many different varieties today. You can find many of them to be quite innovative in the way their display the time and of course the kind of alarm sounds they offer, to wake you up instantly from a deep slumber. Some of them come with beautiful lighting patterns that are lovely to see in the dark. However, what if your clock could do more than just be a basic alarm clock? What if it could help you improve your sleep?
If you are having trouble sleeping, perhaps you should get some help to get more sleep. This is where you might find the Zeo Personal Sleep Coach to be highly useful.
The Zeo Personal Sleep Coach is an interesting device that actually tracks your sleep pattern. You have to wear the device’s headband before you go to sleep. This headband will track your sleep patterns by recording electrical signals from the brain. This information is transmitted wirelessly to the Alarm Clock, where it will be recorded in the device’s SD Card.
Information in the SD cad can be uploaded to the myZeo Personal Coaching Website. Your sleeping pattern will be studied in the site and suggestions offered to improve your sleep. However, this is an alarm clock that’s on the pricey side as it costs $299.
Despite the high price, I would definitely prefer to have this clock for myself. It’s smart. It’s snazzy and it’s got something different from what we’ve seen so far.
