The product works well. Speach quality is good in both directions. I had no problems with pairing it with my HTCS620 phone. Previous reviews stated that there were no instructions provided but my order did come with some photo copied instructions so the company has obviously taken notice of the reviews. For the price I paid I don't know how anyone can make a profit on the deal as it included the earpiece, adapter and a psu for recharging. The earpiece does sometimes feel a little loose in the ear but it seems to stay in place ok so no complaints there. Delivery was prompt and the whole experience painless. I would definately buy from this company again. This is my first bluetooth headset so I have no others to compare it with.

Samsung WEP - 210 is an excellent bluetooth headset and good value for money. It delivers good audio quality easy to use and connection to my nokia & sony ericsson phones was quick. Light, small and fits nicely to the ear. Does not shake free with normal movements and most of all there is no hook that makes me feel uncomfortable. Highly recommended, very good price and instructions that's included in the package was very handy. This is my second purchase from memorybits and happy to say I received excellent service and delivery was quick.

Samsung WEP-210 Bluetooth Headset. This is a compact and reliable device that fits neatly in your ear and a long lasting battery life, although saying that it would sometimes fall out of my ear, but for the price compares to it's much more expensive counterparts it delivers a good audio quality and is so easy to use. It takes only seconds to connect to my phone. So if your on a budget this is a must have Device.

I have found this headset to be very easy to install. It works perfectly. It has great clarity and people I phone find the same quality at their end. Highly recommended. Good price, very small footprint, fits in the ear very easily and does not shake free with normal movements. There you have it. Buy one you wont reget it.. GREAT!!!!!

Having previously received excelent service, the receipt of this product was very disappointing. It arrived without any instructions. I therefore had to make contact to assertain how to plug in the charger, there being no obious appature. Then when I tried to syncronise with my mobile I was asked for a PIN no., again requiring another phone call. The product now works fine but does not sit comfortably in the ear and is prone to falling out if not placed in firmly. Having said that it was an excellent price for the product!

i bought the Samsung WEP-210 Bluetooth Headset it is much better than i thought it would be,it didn't come with instructions but within minutes i had it working i can't fault it or memory bits for their price and service 10/10

Bought as replacement for H&H 006 which had worked well, but had suffered a fracture of its ear hook when I dropped it on a tiled floor. It was always awkward to get it in place on my ear. The WEP-210 is much smaller and even lighter than the H&H 006 and fits comfortably into the ear with no hook. Very easy to use and sound quality more than adequate. Slightly more expensive, but worth the money for convenience alone.

it keeps slipping off my ear, there is no clip to hold on to the ear. I would buy the samsung wep-180 which comes with a clip
