I had an earlier version of this reader that would not work with cards over 4 Gb. However, this one works fine on my 8 Gb cards and appears to be very fast. A good product.

I bought this Compact Flash Reader for my husband as he needed a portable gadget to be able to quickly download his photos from his CF card onto a laptop (or any other computer) while away from his PC. It is simple to use and works brilliantly.

There isn't much you can say about a Compact Flash to USB adapter, all I can really say is that it does exactly what it is meant to. It works well with high-speed CF cards of 133x and upwards, it maintains good transfer speeds, and has not developed any issues in the time I have had it. I was so impressed by the first one I actually ordered a second one, of course any well made CF to USB adapter would do, but atleast I knew this Integral one was well made. I currently use the first one to USB boot from a CF card after having nothing but issues with IDE converters, my BIOS detects it as a USB HDD which is good, and the boot times are very fast. If the adapter has any issues it is that the activity and power light are the same. When the adapter has power the activity light is on permanently, and although it does flash with activity it is very hard to tell, ideally it would either have 2 lights or only an activity light. But this is a small grievance with an otherwise perfect product.

The product, a MMC card reader was as described. Compact light. A cap for the USB plug would be a good addition to keep it clean whilst carrying. Good value for money. Delivery and service were excellent.

I ordered an INTEGRAL USB 2 Compact Flash Card Reader. The item arrived in no time at all. The Reader works perfectly , the transfer rate is good and at the price, it's a bargain!
