Bargain perfect reader. No problems whereas other cheaper units previously purchased elsewhere have been. The usual 1st class service and delivery time from Memorybits as has all other orders I've placed with them. Free P&P and even cheaper with their loyalty discount provided.

I bought this product solely for the purpose of retreiving an address book from a SIM card so had a look around and this looked like the best price/performance compromise and it certainly has turned out to be so. It has done exactly what I wanted it to with no problems. I have since used it to copy files to an SD card which I used to have to do via my HP Printer and it was as good as gold. I would certainly recommend this to anyone else.

Very pleased with the service and quick delivery. The Memory & SIM Reader PRO was good value for money and performs as specified. Like the fact it is compact with clear indication on the side as to slots.

I was VERY pleased with my item, i ordered it on christmas day,as i had got a new laptop, and it arrived in no time at all. I connected it to my laptop and within seconds i had all my digital camera and mobile phone photos on my laptop, it was so quick, i was so happy that it was so easy. This is a must have item.

I bought a Memory & Sim card reader. I am sure that the device works but as there are absolutely no instructions supplied, I have no idea how to use the reader correctly. I did email Memorybits but they have not responded to date. A real pity! Dr. A. P. Harris

Bought it mainly for sim card copying. Software loaded fine and in English. Does the job of reading sim card although took a while to work out how to edit and save a copy (cant save with the default file type, have to pick the other one on list). Only minus point is that you have to be careful when inserting sim card at the end as the card can be inserted incorrectly and get stuck inside the casing (as someone mentioned earlier). Managed to get it out again using tweezers. No problems with Zoombits delivery as usual.

Great product, very easy to use, just plug in the sim card and you are ready to save, for all those who have lost their mobile which means you have lost you numbers, this is a must for you, what a competetive price as well, won\'t get it cheaper anywhere else.
