As usual, Memorybits service very quick. I've used this product with both an SDHC card and a MemoryStick Duo on a computer running XP SP3 and it worked perfectly with them. However, I have not been able to get the computer to recognise that there is anything connected when I put a SIM card in it - both Windows Explorer and the enclosed SIM edit software put up a message "Insert disc into drive "X" " even when the SIM card is mounted in the reader and the reader is inserted into a working USB socket. Also worth mentioning that the mini-CD containing the software is packed between the two layers of the display card in the plastic packaging. I almost threw mine away without realising there was anything there.

I have to say that the product was exactly as I wanted and as described at a really fantastc price ,it does exactly what I wanted it to do and more ,the order process was just so easy and completely safe ,my goods were delivered to my home and arrived before their expected delivery date .I am so pleased that I placed another order as all my purchases have had me over joyed ,The memory card readers and memory cards among the other items that I have recently ordered are of such good quality and value for money that would not go anywhere else to buy ,I am a very happy shopper ,well done MEMORYBITS .Craig Davis

Very easy to use. I bought it specially for SIM card reader function. Unfortunelly doesn't read one of my SIM cards, but maybe is because it's an old one (have it since 2000). I also use it to read my SD/microSD/M2 cards and works really well. Simple and cheap: great purchase!

I found the Memory & Sim reader Pro to be useless. After eventually get it to load and then finding the launch programme,I placed a Sim card in the usb reader only for it to not be able to read whay was on the sim card. After several attempts i gave up. I did not get intouch with Memory Bits or return the Reader as I had allready had bother getting the product as they sent the wrong item in the first place.

Service was good but unfortunatly the product was not compatable to windows7 and therefore had to be returned. Sorry but thats the facts. A second unit was tried and also on differant computers but still not compatable.

A great little device once I got it working. The Vista installation didn't work on Windows 7. However, there is a download on siyoteam.com website on the support tab. I downloaded that and it worked fine. The actual SIM card management software is quite easy to use, though there is no help or documentation so you've got to play around a bit to understand how it works. All in all, a great value beastie that does what it should. It would benefit from some English documentation.
