This dual kit comprises of an adjustable top quality heavy wear black nylon dog collar attachment (with plastic quick release buckle) which includes a detachable high visability fluorescent green reflective collar strip attachment. This collar strip is not only made from a reflective material, but includes flashing LED lights that can be seen over 300 feet away embedded into it!  Part two of the kit is the awesome light up Dog Lead. This superb quality green lead is not only bright in colour, but ALSO contains LED lights for even more illumination and visability on your dog walks at night. Each LED element has 3 settings - static lights, flashing lights and quick flashing lights.
