This bike handlebar bag seals tight to keep out rain and mud. The pannier is made of durable PVC tarpaulin and easy to wipe clean.
The bike pannier is really net with reflective strips helping to make you extra visible. There is an internal zip pocket for smaller items. There is also a removable shoulder strap so that you can easily carry the bag on your shoulder.
